BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE, unless you don't mind giving your money away. In my opinion Management team is corrupt and will do anything to stay in power, including and not limited to rigging elections, using condo funds for personal use & intimidation. Same 2 people have been running condo for over 20 years and will do anything to stay in power. In my opinion they have no ethics or shame, work barely a few hours a week,but yet pay themselves a full salary and benefits which they are not entitled to. Unit values have crashed and they keep raising the fees, only looking out for themselves. RUN FROM HERE! <br/><br/>
