I live here for last 6 years and never had a problem.the HOA those not cover your water heater and you are responsible for your water heater......so don't complain for cold water.

This building...
My grandmother has lived in this building for years. I believe she should move out, but she is very stuborn. My grandmother has been living with no a/c or hot water for about a year and a half. I also have witnessed numerous crimes. To exit the building is very difficult due to the traffic. If you are the type to sleep during the night with a bunch of traffic noises this is the place for you.

the critique by Sue is accurate . however, unit owners are responsible for their own air conditioners etc. and there is noise from traffic and the airport.<br/>the upside is the location is excellent-easy walk to Bally's MGM City Center Planet Hollywood. <br/>Units are priced far below replacement value; and spacious and well constructed. People in building nice; with low turnover.<br/><br/>Condo fee just went up to cover shortfall needed to replace piping ---but still far below other condos in area.<br/><br/>underground parking, 24 hour security; and very large pool are pluses.<br/><br/>
