    RUN! as fast as you can

    Lousy, rude, noisy neighbors. Management is obsolete, unable to handle issues but willing to apply tough fines for small violations. If you are looking for a nice, quite place where everyone gets along and you are actually ABLE to SLEEP, this place is NOT for you. You can hear absolutely EVERYTHING through the walls and if by chance you think the association will address and solve your concerns, well, sadly it is not the case. Most neighbors are retirees who have nothing to do but be in eveyone else's business and make terrible amounts of noise. Rude too if you try to ask them nicely collaborate. Horrible place for young professionals or families. All in all, although this may look like a nice place to live it is NOT. Location is decent and the amenities not bad, but with the headaches it brings, trust me IT IS NOT WORTH IT. My advice: RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Find a place where you can live in peace.

    Very Nice Place to live

    I have been a resident of this community for over 5 years. Completely love this place. Great location, very spacious units, excellent management and great security. Close to the beach and shopping.<br/><br/>I will recomend everyone to come and live here. Great value for the price.<br/>

    Well-maintained building along inland waterway; many units have been renovated and ugraded with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances; tile floors; floor to ceiling windows allow for lots of light in each unit; 24 hour gated security; covered parking; lovely pool and picnic area; courtesy bus; close to casinos/racetrack and restaurants

    Best place !

    We have bought in 2011 ! Our first condo in Florida ! We liked the place so much that we sold in 2019 and bought a new larger one in the same building. Beautiful place, renovated every year, clean, well maintained. People are nice . Tennis court, swimming pool, gym, reception room, guest parkings, washer-dryer on each floor... nothing is missing. We love the place.
