CRAP
If you like walls that are so thin you can hear the people next door breathing, then this piece of shiit condo is for you. Also, there are too many blacks in the area. The condos are cheap. Why do you think they are selling them at such a low price? Think about it and don't buy one of these condos.

Horrible place to live
These building are full of mold my bathroom is nasty from it , my daughter is always sick from the mold and management is horrible about doing anything about it. the walls are super thin you can hear people down the hall, I have been living there for 5yrs now and only one elevator works. It gets worst every year I would not recommend anyone to live here. This building 11060 needs to be tore down and rebuild who ever made did it the cheapest way ever and now were paying for it.
