So far, so good!
I moved my family into this complex about 4 months ago (Feb 2011) and so far we love it. As far as amenities, the pool is heated year round which is great and there are usually some friendly faces chilling poolside. The fitness room is minimal but effective for some basic exercise. It's pretty easy to find time to work out alone too if you just need some peace and quite. <br/><br/>I actually kind of feel bad for whatever Marco's experience has been because my wife and I regularly take walks around the community and we've had a number of very cordial conversations with neighbors. Even when we moved in we had people coming over, introducing themselves, and welcoming us to the community. <br/><br/>When comparing this to apt. living, you can definitely get way more for your money here. The 2 car garage is fantastic and the rates have plummeted since these were built (sorry owners that bought way back when!). We're renting for now but I have a feeling that we'll be buying one of these units in the future. The location is ideal if you like having McD's, JIB, BK, Carls Jr, Panda Express, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Fry's Marketplace, Target, Chipotle, Pei Wei etc. all within 5 min or so and there's pretty quick access to the 51 or 101N. Not a whole lot nearby with regard to entertainment but there's also a great little hole-in-the-wall sushi place called Kanpai that produces food that's much better than you might expect from the area it's in (and from Phx sushi in general). <br/><br/>I haven't had a whole ton of interaction with Mgmt (except their stupid notices on the garages that said not to park in front of your garage) but what interaction I have had was pleasant. I did a lot of research before moving in here and I defy you to find a better deal on space, amenities, and community in the immediate vicinity. Obviously, having a single family home would be nice, but the quality you get from these condo's and the overall "newness" of it compared to similarly priced SFH's is a great trade off imho. I was made aware that there was some drama from some previous renters but to my knowledge all parties involved have since moved out. <br/><br/>I hope this helps anyone seriously looking into the complex!

me and my wife just bought an apt here, first year was ok to live in , but the second year s been a pain i..... <br/> most unfriendly place in arizona, worst than the blonde barbies in scottsdale, seriously, i m selling it and moving out , don t recomend , <br/><br/>american citizen............
