Condo's are great.......not a friendly place to live.
Sadly, I thought the people of the community would be friendly due to the location of the condos. Not so in this gated community. Beware of judgmental , racist two faced people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like this condo complex, I have been here for almost 10 yrs, and I am not the only one. There are several other people (I guess they are neighbors), that I have seen for that same length of time, so usually people seem to stay here for awhile. I like this condo neighborhood for the following reasons, ITS QUIET and SAFE all the time, no drunk idiots, etc. I don't socialize with the neighbors at all, which is perfectly fine with me, since I enjoy the top bit the most.. after working a 12 hr shift, the last thing I want to do is come home to even more annoyances. <br/><br/>TLDR version.<br/><br/>PROS:<br/>safe at all times of the day<br/>quiet<br/>alot of people have dogs, and are seen walking them around the complex<br/>free cable tv via twc (some hd channels like foodtv, hgtv etc)<br/>2 pools<br/>new roofs<br/>many people live here for lengthy periods of time<br/><br/><br/>CONS:<br/>hoa is kinda pricyish, around 240$/month<br/>hoa company has terrible response time, needs more resources to manage this complex other than just 1 person.<br/><br/><br/>enjoy.<br/>
