Don't move here!
Terrible place to live/purchase. HOA suing the builder because it was made of D- materials and falling apart (my cabinet got wet once and melted). Dogs run around without leashes and crap everywhere (hoa does nothing to fix and fines constantly in error). Dangerous homeless camp in the creek behind it. Rampant crime. Serenaded to sleep nightly by police sirens and highway behind it. Gate breaks every other week and is always open. People that don't live here come and use the pool like a public pool. Several HOA board members don't live on site and just slumlord rent. I feel bad because any positive reviews by owners trying to sell to get out of this mess, however that's not reason enough to sucker new people into this. Better places to live for cheaper nearby.
