This "housing association" is a joke. First of all, the monthly HOA fees are ridiculously expensive, almost $400.00 a month!!! For what? The pool is open for about 3 months out of the year, the gym is the size of a bedroom and has really old equipment with broken free weights that are usually scattered all over the room. The pulley system has never been greased so it doesnt work correctly and one of the 2 treadmills is busted. <br/>PARKING- If you want to have somebody over, dont even think about having them park in one of the 5 visitor spots. Lord help you, you WILL have a threatening note in your mailbox the next day due to somebody complaining about their car being there more than 5 minutes. The CDC management is horrible!
