    Nice, Quiet Building with Great Views!

    I have lived in The Palace Condo in Brickell for a little over a year. Overall, I have had a very positive experience here, particularly concerning management of the building. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Security is fairly tight. My unit along with most, has a beautiful split view of the city and the bay. Valet is very inexpensive in comparison to other buildings in Brickell. Privacy is great since two of the three towers have only two units per floor. It is a quiet building with a family environment as most owners and tenants have been here long-term.<br/><br/>The only complaints I have pertain mainly to the amenities. The pool is relatively small and the gym equipment could be updated. The elevators are frequently out of order. The building is not meant for young people or anyone looking for a lot of amenities.<br/><br/>
