Affordable living in prestigious area
I have a friend that lives in Trophy Club and loves it. I'm looking for one for myself. I checked and they have over 80 percent owner occupancy which will make getting a loan pretty easy. Well maintained with onsite manager. Nice area near Champions and shopping, etc. Sounds like other reviewer had bad experience with his real estate agent, but that should not reflect on the condo complex.

A hud atty. rep. a deceased client is selling a place, the realtor, remax is helping. I got scammed.<br/>i knew better because this realtor had done it before, to me!<br/><br/>the condo on the surface was beautiful, water was off. i signed a contract etc... got a inspector there and<br/>the a/c was the original, broken, dead from 1980. the sink was not connected in the kitchen and both bathrooms.<br/>the refrigerator was new looking but dead. <br/>All it was was a backdrop to a movie set!!!! My god, I am out for the inspector, but this is how they sell them.<br/><br/>DONT GO! NO ONE CAN AFFORD TO FIX THESE, THEY RUN OUT OF MONEY AND TRY EVERYTHING TO NOT DISCLOSE THE INFO. WELL, MY REALTOR HAS THE INSPECTION REPORT. WATER WAS SPEWING OUT OF THE PIPES.<br/>Oh, the realtor uses the big CHURCH GOER ROUTINE. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, TAKE ANYONE WITHYOU.<br/>TOSSING A COIN AND TAKING A DAY LABORER WOULD BE BETTER THAN REMAX.
