Horrible management! Do not rent!
West End Apartments in Golden Valley is run by unorganized management that doesn't care about privacy laws.They have entered my apartment twice w/o giving me any notice. I have gotten a notice twice saying I owed them rent when it was paid on time and cashed. They also tried charging me for a two bedroom when I only have one and did not believe ms when I told them I have one bedroom! The management is rude and disorganized to say the least. I also have sewage come up from My sink (like poop) on a daily basis. They have not fixed this problem. They have raised rent by more than $200 and done the bare minimum upgrades. <br/>When a residents tub over flowed with sewage, and she called the "emergency maintenance line" no one answered the manger was in, but said she didn't feel like taking calls. These people do not know how to run an apartment, do not rent from them!<br/>
