I will not recommend this complex to anyone, when we 1st moved here the manager hung up on me only because I requested for her to contact the other person that took my parking spot so her advised was for me to go door to door to find out who owns the car and she hung up on me;we have not had any good experience here starting from the manager by the name of Many, she is very disrespectful with all tenants, she does not care about anything but she is really good remind you only when the rent is due, when something breaks and you call she sends someone to fix it in a week or so if you get lucky, at this complex they allow pets but no one pick up after their dogs so imaging here the heat in Texas so the smell everywhere is bad, we have contacted Charisma (manager leasing office locate in LA) but she never replies to email or call back.<br/><br/>Lots of tenants comes and goes due to management, we cannot wait to move out of this place once our lease is up.<br/><br/>If you really want to enjoy a rental place, DO NOT rent here at The Town Homes of Sherwood Forest located at 1520 Sherwood Forest St, Houston Texas 77043
