There's lots of walkable spots nearly, including a Starbucks, frozen yogurt shop, cafes and restaurants, and convenience stores. As you walk up you'll enter into the living room which has hardwood floors and a deep closet for extra storage options. The kitchen, just off of the living room, has a refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal and gas range stove. There is a window unit air conditioner in the kitchen and in the bedroom. The bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting for comfort. Parking for 1 car is available in the parking lot directly behind the building. Washer and dryer, which is shared with the 2nd floor tenant, located in the basement. Generally, first month, last month, one month security deposit due at lease signing. Other terms may be required by landlord. $45 application fee per applicant. Pets are conditional on owner's approval and may require an additional deposit, if accepted. (Generally $500/dog and $250/cat). Water is included in rent. Tenants responsible for all other utilities: gas, electricity, cable/internet.
