Available for an early August move-in: Unit #2 at 1944 Cecil B Moore Avenue is a 2 bedroom apartment in a triplex not far from Temple University. You enter into the kitchen/living area, which comes equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and built-in microwave. The full bathroom is off of this space as well and has a bathtub with shower head. The two bedrooms are on either end of the apartment and are about equally sized. This apartment could also be used as a great 1 bedroom though, since the living space is on the smaller side so the 2nd bedroom could be the separate living room. There is shared laundry in the common hallway (shared with two other apartments) and it's directly outside of the door so still very convenient to this unit. A very large, wooden roof deck at the end of the hall is also shared with the other tenants and is an awesome outdoor space for BBQ, patio furniture, garden planters, etc. First month, last month, one month security deposit due at lease signing. $45 application fee per applicant. Pets accepted with $250 deposit per pet. Water is included in the rent. Tenants responsible for all other utilities.
