RATES: IN SEASON (Dec 1-Apr 30): $2500 per month // OFF SEASON (May1-Nov 30): $1700 per month (additional fees & taxes apply to rental rates). *WIFI and utilities are included. Prices shown are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities and WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($250), Sales and Resort Taxes (13%) for rentals 6 months or more. Travel Insurance is available if requested (must be purchased at the time of booking). Directions: From I-75: take Exit 207/ Bee Ridge Rd. Head West for 2 miles. Turn right/head North onto South Beneva Rd and continue for .3 miles. Turn right/head East onto Beneva Rd/Village Brooke Condominiums will be on the right/east side of the road. Stay to the right as the road forks. Unit #203 will be on the left. From US 41: take Bee Ridge Rd. Turn east on Bee Ridge head toward Interstate. Turn left (north) on Beneva Rd. Village Brooke located on right side of road. Turn into Village Brooke and stay to the right as the road forks 2 times. Unit will be on the left.
