Welcome to Ocean Breeze! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath second-floor condo is located in the lovely city of Venice, FL. You are minutes from the beach and Sharkey’s On the Pier. As you enter through the screen door to the condo, you will find a screened breezeway with seating for two. Through the front door, you will love the open concept floor plan. The living room has two lovely swivel chairs, a plush couch, and a comfy recliner. Adjacent, you will find the dining table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. Guests will enjoy visiting with each other while sitting at the table and cooking in the kitchen, which offers vast space for you to prepare your family’s favorites treats! Down the hall, you will find the master bedroom which boasts two full-size beds that can be left as two fulls or have them side by side to create a king bed, along with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Steps from the master bedroom is the bathroom which has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower. Right down the hall leads you to the second bedroom that has two full-size beds, a large closet, and plenty of space for you to unwind after a day of adventure! There is a large community pool that is located in the center of the condo complex with an on-site bathroom for convenience. A dip in the pool will surely cap off a relaxing day on the beach! There are communal, coin operated washers and dryers. We pride ourselves on our immaculately kept living space, so there are no pets allowed. Apologies for the inconvenience, but there are no exceptions. Don’t miss the top rated gorgeous sandy beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach that are all located just minutes away. Known as Shark’s Tooth Capital of the World, the Gulf waters at Caspersen Beach has converging currents that deposit all sorts of sediments for you to hunt and find. This lovely property is also only a 30 minute drive from a day trip at Siesta Key. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Escape just 5.5 miles up the road to North Jetty Beach where you are sure to encounter the beautiful Gulf Coast dolphins in their natural habitat. Need a break from the marine life? No need to putter around; there are ten golf courses within 5 miles. Look for Capri Isles Gulf Club, Pelican Pointe, and Hawks Run Golf Course. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park (the third largest state park in Florida), is a popular spot to bike, walk, and run, as well as Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, where an 8-mile trail runs alongside a former railroad corridor.
