Runaway Don't look back
We were very excited about living here as these are brand new apartments. What a huge disappointment the management staff has been! Don't waste your time! They never follow up on anything, misplace documents with sensitive information, and mostly DON'T LISTEN TO THE RESIDENTS! The management of this place has NO IDEA what they are doing. Run, don't walk away

Poorly managed community of spoiled 18 year olds
Every day the pool has over 10 people under 20, always drinking and smoking. Tenants are all jobless college students, whose bills are footed by their parents. It is reflected in their attitude toward the community and their neighbors. 3 days a week at least one of them sets up a stereo system out of their second story window and plays incredibly loud gangster wrap that can be heard even through closed doors and windows. If you come home past 9pm there is NEVER any available parking, which means you have to park on the street or in the Office Depot's parking lot 3 buildings down. Walls are so thin that you could carry on a conversation with your neighbor through closed doors. HOA refuses to enforce rules, which routinely results in trash being left around the pool and loud midnight pool parties on weeknights. It's a huge chore to even get in touch with the HOA; their phone numbers are hidden behind a dozen websites (which were all down, last I checked). We've been broken into three times since we moved in 10 months ago, once while we were still in the apartment. Our neighbors got held up at gunpoint.<br/><br/>
