Building has Recreation room with: T.V., Gym Equipment, Refrigerator, couches, tables, audio devices, ceiling fans, adjustable lighting, window views of west sunset intracoastal and Pool/Patio area. You can enjoy the energy to: walk, jog, bicycle, watch the sunrise n sunset n the boats go by or to the beach. No pets, trucks, RV's, Motorcycles or Boats are allowed. Screening approval can take 30 days; application is online with our management company. Fees seperate to Assoc.
