Nice area, horrible building
This is a very nice area. However this particular building is 100% full of termites eating away at the walls/doors and the association does little to nothing about it.The plumbing is a nightmare....raw sewage backs up into the kitchen sink and bathtub.<br/>There is no peace here as neighbors constantly knocks on your door. The association leaders monitor the mail person(s) to see what kind of mail you're getting. Will accept packages on your behalf without your permission. There are constantly (special assessments) every year, sometimes twice a year. There is eaves dropping at your door. There have been association leaders that stole assessment funds from the association and moved when caught....(no charges) were brought up because their friends remained in the building. During winter ( heavy snow days), the parking lot isn't plowed as each individual condo owner has to go out and dig their way out of the parking lot. Garbage is stored in small containers in the basement (No Dumpsters) outside which has caused rodents. <br/><br/>Living in this building was the worst experience ever.<br/><br/><br/>
