OVERLOOKING CENTENNIAL PARK , THE AQUARIUM AND COCA COLA. WITH ALMOST 3000 SQUARE FEET ON TOP FLOOR OF BUILDING AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS WHILE STILL HAVING A QUAINT FEEL OF HOME. THE UNIT HAS COMPLETELY BEEN REFURBISHED TO MAKE IT ONE OF THE NICEST SPOTS IN DOWNTOWN / MIDTOWN ATLANTA. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT IN THE AREA UNDER $800,000.00 THAT IS WHY IT DOES NOT STAY ON THE MARKET LONG!
