I have lived at the Villages of Dover Glen for several years. It used to be a very nice apartment community, but over the last 2 or 3 years it has steadily gone down hill. I have really noticed a huge decline over the last couple of months. There is mold growing on the sides of buildings, on gutters and overhangs, paint is pealing off the railings....mainly because they just keep painting over the rust instead of sanding and using a proper outdoor, rust resistant paint....gutters and overhang are rotting, broken glass and other trash is all thrown all over the complex, and the current staff is very slow at responding to concerns and complaints. You will see the police responding to some sort of problem fairly regularly. I have almost been hit by cars in the parking lot more then once because people speed as if it is a racetrack, and if I had children I most certainly would not feel safe allowing them outside. All times of the day and night you can hear music coming from peoples cars in the parking lot, people having loud conversations in parking lot, yelling, screaming, and engines racing. As the quality of the property declines, rent seems to always go up and is higher then many other apartment complexes in the area. I would not recommend renting here to anyone.<br/>
