This timeshare is a deeded lock-off unit, which means that you can use it as 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6 persons for one week, or you can use it as 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for 2 weeks, each accommodating up to 4 people. The week(s) is of the floating type for reservation, which means you can reserve it for any week through any season based on availability. You can also deposit this timeshare on a yearly basis to Interval International (II) or RCI, and can use it in other states and other locations or if you want to use it in other countries. The Hyatt Club Welk Resort and the other timeshares through Interval International or RCI are furnished fully.
