    I would not recommend anyone to buy or lease one of these units. I moved in right before Spring and it had been the worst experience in my life. The building is grimy with constant water puddles in the hallway in the basement. The floors in the hallways are never vacuumed and the floor downstairs never swept. There has been sewage leaks in the basement with minimal repairs. The grounds has trash lying around everywhere. The tenants with children allow their kids to run and stomp through their units not caring how disturbing it is. Run from this property believe me it’s not worth your time and energy. It’s like living in the projects.
