    My Two Cents

    I am not a current tenant, so I can't give a proper rating, but I would like to submit a review because I had a great experience with the management. I had an appointment to view a unit at San Lorenzo but the lady I was supposed to meet was not able to make it. Perla however took care of me as soon as she was finished with a family who was just moving in. Mind you, this was after 6.00 on a Friday and she was planning on leaving for the day. <br/><br/>Perla took the time to show me two units in San Lorenzo as well as a few of the buliding's amenities. After that, she took me to another apartment building that she resides in and showed me a unit there as well. She could have easily told me to come back the next, which wouldn't have been a problem, but she didn't. She took the time on a Friday evening that could have been spent with her family to show me several units last minute. <br/><br/>I have not decided to rent a unit in San Lorenzo yet, but I found the units I viewed to be very clean and spacious. There was not an odor anywhere to be found in the building. I know pets are no longer allowed, so it may have been an issue in the past, but certainly not now. <br/><br/>I could not read the negative comments about Perla without responding with an account of my experience. Please judge for yourself.

    DONT MOVE HERE!

    Absolutely horrible management.. They wont do anything for the building. A few examples, humans urinating in the two elevators, this has been an on going problem, charging their tenants a commercial rate on the water bill, multiple cars have been stolen, on-site manager assaulted me and nothing was done. Pool has a crack in it, gym machines don't work, dogs urinating and defecating in the halls and so much more.<br/><br/>Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

    MANAGEMENT SUCKS

    If you want any tenants to move in to this property, I suggest you FIRE the Property Manager, Perla. She's rude to her tenants, has no respect for anyone and is not professional in any shape or form. Pray that something does not break in your apartment because it will NEVER get fixed!

    Nice Place to Live

    After reading the latest reviews I could not allow insults to a building I currently reside in. It�s my reasonability as a home owner to maintaining a good reputation for my community. You can not blame management for tenants or home owner�s ignorance. Yes accidents do happen never has management let these things pass them by. The building is very well kept, clean, quite, well maintained, and managed. Every issue is addressed by management if brought to there attention and corrected in a timely manner.<br/><br/>Condo Owner at San Lorenzo <br/>
