Hoa for spring oaks village on 5201 Torrey pines is 235.00 a month. Its a false statement on the property detail fees you have listed for the public to see a false fee. Please change it to $235.00 a month on HOA fees. The HOA is charging extra fees a month for reserves maintenance. There is a lack of maintenance done on the property. Missing rocks landscaping trees falling and plants dying. Trees dont get trimmed and maintenance is neglected and there is no guest parking. Spring oaks village has no guest parking. Your not allowed to park in the parking lot or your car will be towed. You have to live there to be allowed to park in the RV parking for one month. Theres no guest allowed to park inside the property. You will be towed. You have to park outside the community property. And you have to pay for a gate jet 35 dollars. They dont provide gate keys to homeowners. You have to pay for gate keys and gate openers they dont supply the homeowners remote gate openers or gate keys. If you have a employee vehicle and its registered to your company and not your unit. You will have to park two miles away from your home and walk one mile and if you dont have a key you will have to walk to the front of the property to get thru the front entrance. The reserve fees cost $45.00 dollars a month the HOA fees are $185.00 a month. And if your plants die your not getting anymore plants on your yard or rocks. Once there gone there gone. And the board members units have new roof and have new maintence landscaping and there cars dont get towed. And they can park where ever they want and do whatever they want. And everyone else pays for the I board members new roofs and unit upgrades and landscaping. If you want your yard to be trimmed you have to do it yourself and chase down the gardeners every week and remind them. And emails to the hoa dont work for requesting for maintence. They property managers dont resolve and ignore your concerns. You can get them to response if you park in the wrong area then they will respond to you by email with a warning and fines. Dont expect anything from them but HOA fee increases.
