VISITED THIS PROPERTY AND THOUGHT IT LOOKED NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE. WHEN I CAME BACK AND TALKED TO SOME PEOPLE ONE WHICH WAS A RENTER AND TWO OTHER'S WHO LIVED THERE, THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW MANY ROACHES WERE ON THE PROPERTY AND HOW THEY WOULD COME INTO YOUR HOME WHEN THEY HAD GUEST AROUND AND MOLD IN SOME UNITS WHICH IS A BIG PROBLEM. I DONT CARE HOW NICE A PLACE LOOKS IF ITS OVERPRICED, MOLD PROBLEMS, AND ROACHES, ENOUGH SAID
