Stratford Wood Apartments

Don't rent here!

This apartment was fine when we moved in. They recently hired new management for the building. Ever since the new management has started our apartment has been freezing cold. There is no heat coming out of the vent on the coldest nights of the year. It has been too cold in our apartment to even shower. Not to mention they changed the clubhouse hours to only be open until 6PM. So if you work a fulltime job you really don't get to use it. I didn't mind overpaying for a crappy apartment before but with new management it seems like everything we are paying for was taken away. Also to be able to do laundry you have to add money to a laundry card and the only place you can do that now is in the clubhouse....which is never open. The apartments are older. We have wood cabinets and little bugs get into all of our food. Also we had mice when we first moved in. We haven't seen one in a while. We have a cat and he has killed 6 so far. <br/><br/>
