    The Bank Condos in Miami by Midgard, I rather be poked in the eye...

    I hope that nobody will rent or own from here, especially with the management company, Midgard, www.midgardmanagement.com at the helm. Nothing will get done, maintenance is sorely. Don't take my word for it, the stairs to the building, where I'm sure nobody will show you when thinking of renting or purchasing, is COVERED in duct tape. If that doesn't take the cake, the "amenities" are disgusting. The gym is poor and needs some update, the Jacuzzi upstairs looks and feels like you will receive a deadly disease from it. None the less, it is not recommended to use. The bigger problem is the property manager Doris. Rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. Notes are constantly on units on what cannot be done and what we cannot do in our own residence. Apparently she doesn't have a "magic button" according to a note on the OUTSIDE OF OUR BUILDING! Random people on the street know how rude our property manager is because it is public for everyone to see on our front door. Do not consider leaving anything of value in your car, it will become stolen. Cars are broken into constantly because of the high volume of homeless people. Not convinced yet? Ok, one last thing, people will walk into your home unannounced. Yes, you read that correctly, they will walk into your unit. This situation not only happened once but multiple times over the course of a year. Also, talk about overpriced, take your hard earned money and find a residence closer to the beach and you'll be happier.
