A Bad Place To Call Home
Please stay away from this apt complex. I live there for a year and left right after my lease expired. The landord is too busy to take care of the problems. The washer and dryers are alway out of order. The landlord want secure money so he rent mostly to the government assistance program, section 8. Therefore he gets all the trashy people such as drug users and sexual predators. I know there are good people from section 8 but not at Bellagio. That was the reason I left and my happy ending was leaving Bellagio Condo and getting into a great nice complex, very clean with very nice people.<br/><br/><br/>

Can't wait till my lease is over
This place is the ghetto. Yes it's in the heart of a very nice community, but this complex is ghetto. Also although the community is nice, everything closes at 10pm. Even McDonald's! Late night grub is NOT happening on this side of town. I moved here from the ghetto and I actually wished I stayed in the ghetto. My complex was actually quiet and "soundproof." Make sure you get an upstairs unit because if you stay downstairs like I do, you will hear your upstairs neighbors walking and even talking on the phone. Also alot of people here have a dog fetish (they all have dogs.) So if you work from home like I do, get used to people hearing dogs barking in your background. No soundproof doors either. If ur in your living room talking and someone is just walk by ur door you will hear them and they will definately hear you. This place belongs in the ghetto, its in the wrong neighborhood. Management takes forever to fix stuff. They have no clue what they are doing. We had a golden retriever who lived above us. Oh just imagine the running back and forth that we heard everyday. Just pure doggy heaven! <br/>Do yourself a favor and don't pay that huge deposit to move to this piece of shit!
