    We live at the Cricket Club for 18 years. It is located near Biscayne Blvd. in the middle between Aventura and downtown Miami. We have access to everything with lots of useful shops near by and airports to choose. Our amenities as well as the entire property keep on being upgraded and are accommodating an ever changing resident profile.We keep on being surprised that our units are so low priced even that they are some of the largest condos anywhere in Miami. If you look to relocate to condo of a very comfortable size this is it.

    I have lived in 20th Century condos on Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay for the last 30 years. The Cricket Club represents the best value and happiness profile of any similar aged building in Miami. Incredibly large, well designed floor plans with multi-million dollar views. I expect the price to double in the next five years, based on Miami demand growth, prime location and expected modernization plans. The amenities are beyond any you will find in a modern condo. It feels like a luxury resort. Buy now to capture great value in this underpriced gem.
