Community gets a big thumbs down!
We've lived here since 2006, renting. But the selling prices are scandalous! The real reason for writing this review is the community. IT"S GONE DOWNHILL FAST. There's a woman across the lawn who smokes soooo much marijuana that we can smell is 20 feet away without wind. When the people upstairs want to cook, the building smells like curry for a week. As much as I hate to say this, this place is filled with Indian families who LOUD and RUDE. I've had my parking spaces taken, seen someone try to open my mailbox, and someone else lets their dog poop by my stairs. There's another woman (Different race) with a yappy dog and she drags the poor thing around the complex for 30 mins with the leash BY ITS NECK. I am this close to calling Animal Services. Insane!!!

I am one of the resident of santa clara hampton place and i can tell you better about its prons and cons. first thing, its a very good and well maintained community, close to supermarket, schools, parks, library, swimming centre, airport,post office, easily accessible to public transportation. Though its surrounded by many public places but its very quiet from inside which is very good for the families. One of the important thing that in summer the temperature varies a lot from outside the community because of green trees inside the community , it balances the mother nature. You really don't require aircondition , only box fan can put the heat away . The only bad part is the prices, its very low but very good opportunity for the buyer.
