    I rented this apartment and was thoroughly pleased. It is a corner apartment, filled with light and wrap around windows.It has a large balcony off the large living room and dining room, plus off the master bedroom all with ocean views. The apartment is well maintained and the owner is a pleasure to deal with.<br/> I recommend this to any person looking for a great layout and space for the money,to live in <br/>the palm beach area and have access to both the inter coastal and the ocean. You also have 2 pools and a club house <br/>on the ocean. The staff in both buildings are all very helpful and make you feel at home.

    Noise and poorly managed

    I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a peaceful life. The pool area is constantly filled with short-stay families at all hours, and management does nothing to make the place more livable. Most tenants won't even use the pool areas anymore, and many residents keep their storm shutters close just to dampen the noise form the pool area. It is rowdy, noisy, and unpleasant.
