horrible management
I've lived at this complex for the last three years and they've just recently switched over managements. Although I feel as if they've done a great job hiring a security company to take care of the front gate, they've neglected to keep a consistent guard around. Usually resulting in guards who just don't know the residents. <br/><br/>This new management also has a tendency to sticker cars with "violations" and threatening to tow if these violations are not "taken care of". Towing cars and giving citations out to residents does not make them more compliant. The HOA has been very anal about little things that were not an issue before charging a $75.00 for ridiculous things such as leaving shoes at the front door. I understand in preserving the integrity of a residence, but if the issue is no threat to the security of the residents, it shouldn't be such a pressed issue. Don't get me wrong, the management before wasn't letting residents run rampant, but they were easy going, understanding, and most of all...they didn't pester the people paying to preserve the area. <br/><br/>All in all, I don't feel welcome in this community anymore and I'm moving out as soon as my lease ends.
