    We just bought a condo in this beautiful building. The people are very friendly and they really take care of the building. We were initially looking in the Fort Lauderdale area, since we were familiar with South Florida, but through our real estate agent, she introduced us to Palm beach. We love the private beach and pool area. It is the perfect location to major shopping and beautiful beaches.
