Unit 2101 should be condemned!!
We recently stayed in this horrific unit for 6 long days. The pictures shown online are NOTHING like what 2101 offers. It is so gross i can't believe Tony Thomas, the broker in charge, can get away with renting it! It is filthy, crawling with cockroaches, the bathrooms are moldy & stink, the furnishing are old & dirty, the dishes sit on liners that are yellowing & have grunge on them along with dead cockroaches. The curtains & "linens"are threadbare & the dresser drawers are lined with garbage bags to complete the look! The only good thing about it was the view from the lanai. We called the first day of our stay to complain & were told nothing could be done & our deposit would be kept & we would have to pay for our entire reserved stay if we checked out early. Tony who was supposedely the one to resolve any issues had no personal phone # available---only an e-mail & we sent him a message on the second day we were there & 3 weeks later we still haven't gotten a response. Sounds to me like he just wants the money & who cares what conditions people have to tolerate. This ordeal ruined our vacation. It was suppose to be a celebration of my son-in-law's promotion to navy chief & it turned into a nightmare! Beware of doing business with this man--he is a crook!!
