Beware
Renters BEWARE! No amount of free rent will keep us here at Fieldstone/Millstone Apartments. Yes they are new but not only can you hear people above you walking around but below you too. Yes, that�s right. You can hear people below you. If you�re on the ground floor you can hear the water from the showers and sinks all the way down to the first floor. Sounds like a tidal wave going thru the walls. Ask anyone you see in the parking lot what they have to say about that. At first site you will like it here cause it is new. Then after you spend a little bit of time you will kick yourself in the A$$ for not asking other renters about the noise. Like I said it is new but within just a couple of months you will notice the carpet falling apart like a cheap rag. We always take our shoes off at the door but here it is no help with the cheap carpet. You do share a pool with the condo owners next door. Not sure how that happen. Must be the same property owners (condos and apartments). If it wasn�t for the noise I would say nice place. But for the high rent money one would think there would be more between the walls than just air. And don�t think management can control the people here with the noise level at all hours. Hate to say it but they are worthless in doing anything right so far. Good luck and ask the people who live here before you sign! So beware! And if you walk thru the dog park, good luck not stepping in the ****
